At Viking Culinary, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
